The Executive Service Corps of Houston provides free management consulting services to non-profit organizations drawing on the experience of retired volunteer professionals. The consulting program offers expertise for groups that need help with board development, fundraising, computers, public relations and a host of other management specialties. The Service Corps regularly conduct seminars and workshops to provide basic information on non-profit planning. Many groups take advantage of ESCH’s mentor program through which executive directors meet with an advisor who helps them make sound decisions and acts as a sounding board for new ideas.
