Rice will offer a course titled Environmental Ideas That Will Shape Our Future on Wednesdays from September 19 to November 28 from 7 to 8:30 pm. Environmental lawyer Jim Blackburn and guest speakers Isabelle Chapman, Mike Winters, Dick DeGuerin, the Reverend Terri Morgan, Lynn Randolph, Alice Flores, and Juan Parras will present new ways of thinking about the care of the planet, and provide a pragmatic view of the future for Houston and the Texas coast.
