Farewell to Marcia Carter

The CEC wishes to express sincere thanks to Marcia Carter, our Administrative Director, who has recently been recruited by Rice University. Marcia joined the CEC as our senior staff member in June of last year and has been an integral part of the CEC’s success over the last twelve months. She will be sorely missed by staff at the Houston Environmental Center, CEC board members, and by the environmental community at large. Marcia will continue to share her talents with the CEC as a volunteer. We wish her the best of luck in her new endeavors.
