Fall Urban ForesTree Keeper Class
Trees for Houston is offering a four-week basic tree-care course for anyone interested in urban forestry. After receiving training in tree identification, site suitability, proper planting techniques, pruning, and mature tree care, class members will be certified as Urban ForesTree Keepers.

Those who complete the program will also receive a graduation certificate, a tree-care manual, pruners, and a great t-shirt.

When:
Class I: Tuesday, October 3, 6-8 pm
Class II: Tuesday, October 10, 6-8 pm
Class III: Tuesday, October 17, 6-8 pm
Class IV: Tuesday, October 24, 6-8 pm
Workshop: Saturday, October 21, 9 am - noon
Where: International Bank of Commerce, 5615 Kirby Drive, 2nd Floor Community Room.
