As of June 1, CEC has a new administrative director. We are extremely fortunate to have located someone for the position with Marcia Carter’s skills and depth of experience. She is a native Houstonian. Her background encompasses general administrative experience both in non-profit and commercial businesses. She has a demonstrated interest in civic and quality of life issues.
