Sean Hawkins, Executive Director

Purpose Statement: To stop the destruction of healthy dogs and cats in animal shelters resulting from overpopulation. This will be accomplished by: 1) Performing high quality sterilization surgeries for dogs and cats to prevent homeless animals from being born. 2) Educating the public about dog and cat overpopulation, sterilization programs, and responsible animal stewardship. 3) Making wellness services available to dogs and cats to promote the health and well-being of animals and people. 4) Providing exemplary services that are free of charge for financially disadvantaged families and reduced-cost for the general public through clinic facilities by caring, friendly, and professional staff.
