Houston Womens Caucus for Art 3015 Richmond Ave., Suite 270 Hazel Bartram-Birchenough, President Purpose Statement: Houston Womens Caucus for Art actively supports equal opportunity and visibility for womens work. It is a committed forum for education, contemporary social issues, cultural diversity, and freedom of artistic expression. Publications: Bimonthly newsletter, exhibition catalogs, and postcards.
