Purpose Statement: To promote environmental awareness in the community by providing an objective and balanced consideration of environmental topics.

Programs: Teacher workshops, adult classes and lecture series, Museum exhibits.

Children’s Activities: Classes on natural sciences and environmental issues are taught at the museum by staff. Teacher resource kits on various environmental topics.

Volunteer Opportunities: Various positions from teaching and visitor interaction to assisting in all areas of the museum.
