Community Environmental Legal Defense Fund Texas (CELDF Texas) David Cobb, Director Purpose Statement: The programs goal is to build strong, sustainable, and self-sufficient grassroots environmental and citizen groups by providing free and low cost environmental legal services, and by dedicating itself to finding creative new ways in which to assert local control over corporations that do business within our communities.
