Purpose Statement: BRIDGES’ mission is to foster global sustainable
development through innovative partnerships between universities and industry,
educational programs emphasizing practical solutions, and leadership development.
To realize this mission, BRIDGES has created a unique niche in understanding
how to operationalize sustainability, to move the discussion from "why"
to "how".
Sustainability Advisory Services: Develop a sustainability
framework within the organization; assist in strategic positioning and
scenario development; Identify implementation strategies; adapt and apply
BRIDGES' decision support approaches, software, and databases; BRIDGESworksTM,
Metrics, Sustainability Accounting, Limited Life Cycle Assessment and
Sustainability Screen, and Sustainability Performance Assessment; measure
results before and after; serve as a confidential ally to business; transfer
knowledge through outreach and education; provide critical issues management
insights.
