Friends of the Neches River: We Have a Refuge!

The US Supreme Court ruled on February 22, 2010, that the highest court in the land will NOT hear the case against the US Fish and Wildlife Service brought by the City of Dallas (Dallas Water Utilities) and the Texas Water Development Board over the creation of the Neches River National Wildlife Refuge.
