Houston City Council Agenda – February 20, 2018
This city considered the following agenda items at the February 20, 2018, Houston Council Meeting. The agenda items include various contracts to transport industrial waste.
32 – $220,000 from the Street & Traffic Control and Storm Drainage DDSRF to EJES Incorporated for professional engineering services to resolve any localized storm water drainage problems.
33 – A professional engineering services contract is to be approved and authorized between the City of Houston and Freese & Nichols Inc. for wastewater system modeling and master planning. This will identify any deficiencies in the wastewater collection and treatment system to identify issues to fix and ensure regulatory compliance. The contract will be for three years at an amount of $2.5 million.
35Â – Diamond Pressure Washing has been given the right to collect, haul, and transport solid and industrial waste from commercial properties within the city of Houston.
36 – Marsden South, LLCÂ has been given the right to collect, haul, and transport solid and industrial waste from commercial properties within the city of Houston.
37 – Silva Building Specialists Inc., has been given the right to collect, haul, and transport solid and industrial waste from commercial properties within the city of Houston.
