Description: The Sam Houston Trails Coalition is a nonprofit organization of diverse outdoor enthusiasts working together to plan, develop, preserve, and promote nature’s playground in the Sam Houston National Forest. Hikers, cyclists, equestrian riders, and motorized users meet with U.S. Forest Service staff and work closely together on this endeavor.

A committee of representatives from all user groups will present a proposed Master Trail Plan for comments and approval. The public is invited to attend, and all members will be able to vote on this Plan.
